Beneficiaries of an estate. You can use this loan to access their inheritance sooner.
An Inheritance Advance does not have the same strict lending criteria associated with traditional types of funding, as it is secured against the money you’re entitled to from the estate.
Waiting for inheritance to come through can be a long, drawn-out process taking up to a year or more. This may simply be too long to wait for some people.
An Inheritance Advance loan is unrestricted, so you can use the funds however you want.
You might want to get your inheritance early to:
- Pay off your mortgage
- Clear your debts
- Finance home improvements
- Put down a deposit on a new home
- Go on a holiday
- Purchase a new car
- Pay for care or education costs
With our Inheritance Advance loan, the other beneficiaries do not need to know you have taken out a loan with us. The Executors, however, will need to be made aware as they will need to know to repay Level from the estate once probate has been granted.
Your Inheritance Advance loan will be repaid solely from your share of the inheritance, so the shares of other beneficiaries are unaffected.
